BMC going to conduct a live singing competition entitles “BIHAR SINGING STAR 2025” where, all the students and civilians can participate from entire Bihar state to express their singing talent. Bihar Singing Star 2025 is a unique concept and historical event in Muzaffarpur to promote our music, culture and arts together in one stage. It’s happening first time ever in history of muzaffarpur. Bihar Singing Star 2025 is a pure musical and singing based live reality singing competition program; where all the students and ordinary civilians from state of Bihar can participate to express their singing talent. The event designed in 5 different rounds (Audition, Final Audition, Quarter Final, Semi Final and Grand Finale) Rounds and the Grand Finale will be organized in 28th December 2025 in muzaffarpur.

To make huge success of Grand Finale Round for Bihar SINGING STAR 2025 we have invited famous Bollywood Celebrity, playback singer and the winner of Indian Idol season 10 Mr. SALMAN ALI to judge top 10 finalist and distribute prizes to winners on stage in front of huge audiences.

We have requested qualified, well experiences and popular renowned singer, composer and music teachers from muzaffarpur locality as master judges for the event. They have responsibilities to hunt qualified contestants for the performance rounds and also groom and teach those more about music and singing to perform well.

Participation Criteria:

  1. Students Age Under 25 (From Private or Government School, College or Institutions including Medical, Technical and Law Students)
  2. Ordinary Civilians (aam nagarik) – Age Above 25 to 60

 Document Required for Registration:

  1. Valid Identity Card from School, College or Institutions.
  2. Valid Adhar Card Copy.
  3. Recently captured pp size 1 photo

 Rules and Format:

  1. Contestants have to pay 500 for registration of BIHAR SINGING STAR 2025 with required all the documents like as; pp size photo, valid aadhar card, valid student’s identity card.
  2. Contestants have to perform only Hindi (Bollywood) songs in Audition Round.
  3. Contestants have to follow the instructions given by program director.
  4. Contestants have to accept the decision given by Master Judges.
  5. Contestants will get single chance to perform in Audition Round; Master Judges will give another chance if they feel necessary.
  6. Selected contestants have to manage their stays, travelling, lodging and fooding themselves in muzaffarpur after selection.
  7. Contestants have to attain all the music session, classes and activities which will be organized by the organizer for the rounds.
  8. Contestants have to pay minimum fee for grooming, rehearsal and music classes by music experts; either they can prepare themselves.
  9. Contestants have to sign event contract for every rounds of events.
  10. Audition will be done as vocal test on microphone without any music band or track.
